1. General Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active pg77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or in conjunction with other parties — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. pg77 is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pg77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pg77 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security.

• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact pg77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pg77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings within it to any other person.

4. Deposits

All deposits into your pg77 wallet must be made in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) through approved payment channels. The available deposit methods are displayed in your account dashboard and may include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets.

pg77 does not accept deposits via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed in the approved channels within your account. Attempts to deposit via unapproved methods will be rejected and the funds returned where technically possible.

• Deposits are credited to your pg77 wallet upon confirmation of the transaction from the payment provider.
• Processing times vary by payment method and may be affected by public holidays or banking system delays outside pg77's control.
• If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within the expected timeframe, contact support with proof of transaction before raising a dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider.
• pg77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits and to request source of funds documentation for large deposits.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the account dashboard once identity verification has been completed. Withdrawals are processed to a Philippine bank account or approved e-wallet registered under the same name as the pg77 account holder.

pg77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or payment methods not used for prior deposits. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.

• Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• VIP members at eligible tiers receive priority and expedited withdrawal processing. See the VIP page for tier details.
• pg77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed at the withdrawal screen in your account.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if there is an active account review or bonus wagering requirement outstanding.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

8. Prohibited Conduct

10. Responsible Gaming
